They are the type of activities, which can be carried out in indoor and outdoor spaces, where professional experiences of the participants are projected, where the individual is focused on and consequently a rapid internalization is provided.

In the practises, which we carry out with basic and advanced learning by experience activities, we give the observers the chance to observe their behaviour and examine the relevant results by projecting the conditions in professional life and their interactions using the activities, which we use as instruments.

A “learning by experience” programme, which is designed in line with the expectations and intentions of your institution, consists of activities, where emotional intensity and motivation are high. The part, played by participants in the activity and their awareness of it is as significant as completion of the activities with success.
